He’s fixed a laptop screen for me, helped me figure out whether to fix other things or been honest and told me when it’s not worth it and recently helped me fix a broken charging port. Really lovely guy, affordable prices and gets the work done super quick! Got my laptop back within 30 minutes today. Highly recommend!”

He is unbelievably knowledgable and really helped me look into things that I should incorporate into my running which will help me improve and overcome injury. He also let me geek out and try on a variety of different running shoes, without pressuring me to buy anything at all. I'm sure he would have been equally as happy for me to just leave with some newly acquired knowledge without buying anything new; needless to say though, I couldn't resist some new shoes and running gear. “Like a few others I am surprised when reading the negative reviews. I can only speak of my own personal experiences and respect those who may disagree. I used to use Lloyds Pharmacy in Windsor Drive as I am a lot closer to that than Rowlands. However it got to the stage where I could not bring myself to go into Lloyds as I would have been rude to the staff, so I decided to change to another provider. Lloyds always blamed my Doctors for NOT sending my prescription which meant I always had to battle to get my medicines. Rowlands on the other hand have NEVER blamed my GP for NOT sending my prescription and have always been able to provide each and every tablet/cream/injections, you name it, they get it in. Sometimes I have had to wait a few extra days but this is NOT Rowlands fault as they can only dispense what they have in stock. Most people are unaware there are currently issues getting supplies in and this is not going to end anytime soon. Can you imagine having to stock every kind of medication, the shop would have to be the size of a football pitch, so don't get upset if they don't have what you want. To end this little rant, I can honestly say that I have always found the staff at Rowlands helpful and friendly. I am a person who gives as good as I get and a lot more, but honestly, I've never had a bad experience with them. The staff are there to provide us with a service. If we find they have not got what you want, give them time to explain why and politely ask the questions you have, without losing your temper or being rude. We need to give each other a chance. Just think of those who do not have the services we often take for granted. I feel fortunate to have what we have and thank all those who provide us with these services.”

“I broke down on M25 Sunday evening, it was freezing cold. RAC were going to take 4 hours to recover. These guys came out within one hour and recovered my vehicle to a garage 25 miles away. They were all super nice and efficient and basically saved me. I highly recommend them.”

“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time. They both spoke English and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommended!”
