“Just been here for a walk in booster jab. Whole process took approx 30mins including 10 minute sit down after jab (Moderna). I phoned ahead to make sure clinic was running and was advised that queuing could be up to 2 hours as booked appts have priority. However I was told pm was quieter. Well done to all involved, fast friendly and efficient. Well done for all the hard work, the nhs app doesn't find you on the postcode search and I'm guessing with the word out there you are probably servicing most of Kent! Keep up the good work and don't let the moaners get you down. You are doing great and thanks for volunteering.”

“Given the West Hill Pharmacy and the Lloyd's Pharmacy are practically next door to each other - which to use? Personally, these guys are my first choice. If for no other reason, they are much quicker to serve (always seems to be a queue in the Lloyd's one). Also seem a bit friendlier / happier!”

“They are able to get hold of medicines that even Boots cannot. Sometimes the prescription doesn’t get sent through quick enough, otherwise it’s very efficient and convenient.”

I phoned them and explained the situation and they told me they will have it at the door waiting for me! I literally pulled up and they gave it to me even though they were closing! Fantastic service! Really lovely ladies in there this afternoon. Thank you so much I feel so relieved that my mum has her prescription now!”
