"The staff in pharmacy always seems to make excuses. I had to come in 4 times for my children's prescriptions. This isn't the first time. There never seem to have stock or the computer is down. I get different anwers everytime I come in. The rest of the store Iis great."
"Good sized store in a shopping complex. Good selection of items in the store. Helpful friendly staff. Good sized free parking for upto 3 hours - read the signs so you don't get caught out. Plenty of food outlets in the complex."
"Went into buy a certain product, I couldn't find it. So I asked a member of staff to help me. And they was sold old. But was very helpful in other ways I could get the item I needed. Can't fault them."
"Female member of staff behind the pharmacy counter, short, glasses, curly hair, large, rude and abrupt not customer focused. Asked a basic question to an answer of no, then told her that the shelf states different info, only to be brought over to the shelf for her to confirm what I said was right, asked another question about 2 colours of different boxes to get told rudely that it's clearly obvious they are the same, well if medication is in 2 different colour boxes it's better for me to ask. So many people looking for work at the moment, if your not interested in doing your job to full potential move aside n go work somewhere not customer focused! Wouldn't recommend."
"Large, well stocked store with very helpful staff. Boots loyalty card scheme is worth having as the rewards are good. Have to drop a star because compared to some similar shops, prices can be a bit higher. Good ideas for gifts. Parking free across the whole of the retail park here."
