“We booked to have our tyres inspected / changed because one of them was going flat. Whilst the appointment took a bit longer than they had estimated, the staff were extremely helpful. They showed us a video of the nail in the tyre and explained why they couldn’t legally repair it. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the delivery of the tyres we had chosen, but they gave us tyres of the same quality / value at a discounted price checking first we were happy with that and honestly laying out the options. They kept us informed as we went along and overall were just really friendly, helpful and apologetic. We’re not local, but if we were I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Marie (who took the booking) was really helpful and lovely and the woman who came was incredibly thorough, and also just lovely. She was very mindful of smells and product near me so warned me when she was cleaning near me and was just generally fantastic all round. Highly recommend.”

“There was a slight queue, but the service was very quick so I didn't have to wait long. The waiting area was very comfy and had a range of magazines and newspapers - as well as toys and books for kids as well. The entire barbershop was extremely clean and well kept - nice and cool too. The barber was very polite and held good conservation throughout -making it a very chilled and comfortable environment. I was very impressed with the haircut, and the prices are extremely reasonable too.”

“If anyone is unsure of going back to the hairdressers after lockdown then dont be. Extremely friendly and professional service and I felt very safe having my hair done. All staff are wearing masks and each work station is safely separated and cleaned down after each client. Tea and coffee still offered but in throw away cups. Fab service as usual and cant recommended these guys highly enough.”

“Whilst my beloved BMW 3 series was in the care of the garage, someone had driven erratically through the industrial estate and ended up crashing into my car whilst parked. I immediately received a call from Rich telling me what had happened and invited me down to see him / the damage etc. The garage took full responsibility as it was in their care at the time, so sent my car off to a bodywork specialist to fix the damage. This also included fitting a brand new OEM light from BMW. As a gesture of goodwill, Rich lent me his own car to drive for the time being (BMW X5) and fitted 2 brand new rear shocks to my car, worth £350+. Once my car was returned, it came back as good as new like nothing had ever happened. Very good customer service, and very good mechanics! D A Whiteley autos will become my new garage for sure :)”

“I found Surrey Autos in April 2017 after moving to the area and needing MOT and Servicing for my Ford Focus and Mondeo. First impressions were not so good but the courtesy and overall service turned out to be magnificent and reasonably priced. Subsequently my Focus broke down with an Alternator failure and the RAC got me to Surrey Autos late in the day but this was not a problem and the replacement unit was promised for the next day - and delivered. Now in December the Alternator failed on my Mondeo and I called late afternoon and was told - "no problem" bring it in (it was still drive-able locally on battery power) and we'll carry out the replacement work the next day (the day before the pre-Christmas weekend) - all done - what could be better than that. ! I'm pleased I found such a welcoming and quick turnaround garage and would recommend their services to everyone.”
