"I had an awful stain on my sofa - hardened nail varnish, the sofa is cream and it was right on the middle seat! YBC came out efficiently and arrived promptly (which to me is always a good sign of professionalism) I can't believe the stain is gone! I asked a fair few questions about the products/methods and they answered all of them confidently - they know their stuff! The team were friendly- I would definitely recommend :-)"
