“From the moment we walked into the Guildford showroom three weeks ago, to when we placed our order yesterday, we had the pleasure of being looked after by Alejandra Rangel. She immediately put us at ease and did not try to sell us anything- never felt under pressure to buy anything at any stage - and yet, we felt we wanted to engage and buy BO products as she was so knowledgeable, approachable, professional and friendly. Alejandra manages the show room I believe, only knew that from her emails - her passion and ability to genuinely care regards buying the right sofa and rug was very empowering. Using her experience and knowledge allowed Alejandra to help us with dimensions, best fit, best material too - the fact we ended up buying a smaller sofa than we originally wanted by showing us what we would end up with using the excellent in-house technology, speaks volumes for her skills and integrity. She managed to be tenacious enough to show she cared and not too aggressive to be off putting - a great skill to have. Her passion for the products, the company and doing a first class job shone through. Having visited several BO stores over the past six months, Alejandra was the sole reason that we finally concluded a purchase. Excellent interaction and all round experience. Thank you”

“Dawn at the Guildford showroom was great. She knew the products, answered all our questions, gave her informed opinion when asked and was not at all pushy to achieve a sale. Both visits (the second after looking at colours and sizes) were a delight and the showroom is very impressive. This is our second suite purchase from this company; the first being many years ago, and we can’t recommend them (and Dawn) highly enough.”

“I just purchased a Sleep Story Luxury 2000 divan set and was very impressed with the whole set up at Furniture Village Guildford. Talking to a properly qualified salesman (Ian McPhee) who actually knew what he was talking about was like a breath of fresh air. I also visited Dreams & DFS but couldn’t find anyone to help without them reading off the description cards attached to the beds. Ian was absolutely brilliant and a very nice chap also.”

“You walk into this shop and you want to buy everything! Paul was brilliant, the best thing is you can pick out any piece of furniture and he can change it to suit your needs. I picked out a dining table and he cut it down to the size I wanted, he delivered it and set it up for me at my home, no fuss, no mess. The table is stunning and Paul is an absolute perfectionist! His wife is lovely too and very helpful. I cannot rate this shop enough. Go and take a look, you will not be disappointed!!”

I must say the service was fantastic! I must admit, I was a little bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews on here but these negatives were soon put to rest... From the moment I called the number on the website to get a rough price, to the gentlemen who came to check my measurements (and gave me a few options too) to installing last Saturday was unbelievably quick. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. The quality of the blinds are so far look far better than the one I have, I'm now thinking of replacing all the blinds for the other windows in the New Year. They were cheaper than most other companies that I managed to speak to (some companies didn't even return my calls...oh well there loss!) Everyone I dealt with from the person on the phone the installer were extremely helpful and highly professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company”

“Amazing styles in here wow! What a find. Very retro! Like walking back into the 90s with a modern twist. Loved it. Definitely will go back. However quite pricey basic tee standard price is 35 and up...so make sure you have money saved as your want to purchase more than one item for sure or grab a bargain at there sales. Great recommendation for teenagers!”
