"Popped into the Kingston store today. Customer Service awful. Female member of staff spent ages with one customer, I waited patiently and when she was free to help she was dismissive. When I asked if a blouse was 'true to size' she looked me up & down and suggested 2 sizes larger than my actual size - so rude. Clearly your face has to fit in this shop; I did have my eye on a number of items but frankly I'll spend my money somewhere else. Definitely in need of a 'pretty women' moment in this shop with their self inflated staff - you're not Gucci!"
