“I moved to Waddon in the October of 2021. Being from the West Midlands, I loved going to the cafe with my dad when I was younger and always said that the local cafe in Birmingham would never be topped. That is until I discovered the Waddon Café. 5 stars isn’t enough for the quality of this place. Great people, great food and GREAT PRICES! “Michelle was an amazing sales advisor and very knowledgeable about the sofas that we wanted to purchase....she spent time with us and didn t rush us into making any decisions. We ordered our beautiful sofas on Wednesday 22nd June 2022 and we accepted delivery on Thursday 28th July 2022. The delivery team were also very polite....tidy and kept us updated. “Great food, really nice folks, very clean cafe, spacious, good place to gather your thoughts. They take debit cards and prices are very good value and sometimes cheaper than other places. Food is similar or better or different in a good way, to other cafes, not the usual boring stuff. Much is home made and fresh. The lady there makes cakes, so I ordered a birthday cake, all beautifully decorated to order, at half the price people making cakes at home charge, and a fraction of what it costs in a large bakery chain for a birthday or celebration cake. I will be going there regularly from now on.”

“Not sure about the older reviews - I see mixed opinions; my experience with it - we just ordered from Rajeev after he moved to the Jolly Farmers pub. Food was very nice, arrived quick with no delivery fee and they’ve got a lot of mains in the menu that I never tried / you typically don’t find in most Indian restaurants. We’ll order again surely and looking forward for the summer to eat in at the pub garden.”

“I moved to Purley from Holborn and discovered this lovely cafe just by the Purley train station. Lovely couple is running the shop they are both very warm and great host. I usually get my black coffee from them and sometimes a panini or quick breakfast before I go to work. I highly recommend this place to everyone Good food, good hygiene and lovely service too!”

“Ignore all the one star reviews; I honestly don't know what any of them are talking about! We've been ordering from these guys for years now, and they've been nothing but excellent. Their jerk chicken is incredible, always comes hot and tastes healthy whilst also being filling. The delivery driver is always smiling and they're a great place to order from every time. I have never had a negative experience with them. Their ackee and saltfish is high quality, and every single one of their boneless box meals are fantastic (jerk, bbq, curry & shallow fried). I do think their macaroni and cheese, and their wings need some improvement in terms of portion sizes, but the rest is absolutely perfect.”
