"Came in with my grandkids for lunch The food was nice but the service was abysmal. The guy atvthe front desk didnt understand a word of English. He didnt understand what a kids meal was and he didnt know what a wet wipe was (as they had neither on offer) He wasn't even able to take my order of a meal with milkshakes. There was a lady there with headphones on both ears who he called on to help. She was cooking the food with no gloves and no gair net. She didnt santitise her hands after manning the till as the guy didn't know what he was doing at all. Service was v cold and unwelcoming. Seemed like they dont want people to eat in as they are too lazy to serve. Summary OK for a takeaway but dont bother eating in."

"Probably the first and last time I come to this place. Came in out of curiosity and to grab something to eat after work and the person was more interested on laughing and talking to the person on the phone then me. I asked a question about the meal and he couldn't even answer it properly. The laughter and the screams of him being on the phone was absolutely terrible. The food was ok. Dry but it was ok. Customer service - I wish I could not give even a one star. I truly felt like I couldn't ask or order properly. Table are super oily too. Looked like the place wasn't clean at all. Not a very welcoming atmosphere at all. Won't come back."

"Burger quality is going down. Used to love the smash burger but something changed. BBQ sauce burger is worse than a McRib. Disappointed in where it is going. I used to live this place."
