“Great community centre. Very vibrant, but peaceful too. Staff are top notch, of the best of helpers. I work for an independent college, teaching a course here. Technological resources are not state of the art, but what is at your disposal is sufficient to fulfil the task at hand. Brilliant, hard-working and respectful bunch of students. Centralised heated flooring and walls makes for great comfort. Lovely surrounding areas and gardens/ greens. Good transport links on the DLR- just a few minutes walk away. Many activities and courses on offer, such as bee-training and fight classes. And what a name to match!”

“Very nice cafe situated in Ballard's Lane also it's very clean in there and a great place to stop off for a coffee. Or some cooked food if you prefer something else rather than just a coffee. Also the staff in there are very friendly and this creates a really nice atmosphere. Also I would highly recommend this little cafe as it really is worth a visit. Also I had forgot to mention that they do have seating inside and out. So it's perfect when the weather is a bit chilly or a bit warm. So the owners really have given this some thought. Also there's a few other small stores around there so In my opinion all is good.”

“If you like coffee, drink coffee here! The coffee is some of the best I've had, the staff are superb and the food is definitely worth a go (try the Moroccan lamb wrap toasted!). Great place to sit and chat and enjoy some great coffee...oh and they'll even roast some fresh beans for takeaway. Amazing.”

Delivering great customer service -- Zakir was friendly and attentive -- and serving flavourful dishes! Never been a bread fan, but the garlic naan was exceptional -- so soft and smelt divine! *TIPS: 1. Place often busy so best order to takeaway and (weather permitting) enjoy in the park, or at home 2. Not sure what to get? The Chicken Tikka Massala was lovely with Pilau rice; decent portions for the price”

“Thank you to the Bull for helping us have a wonderful celebration for our daughters Christening day. We had Sunday lunch for 40 people and they brought out 40 meals, hot, delicious and on time. Everyone was so happy! A special thank you to Jay and Lara (I hope I got their names right) as they were particularly fantastic at looking after us and making sure everyone got their drinks / food. Thank you again I thoroughly recommend the Bull for a wonderful Sunday lunch or party.”

And this is the first camp in which children were treated to fruit! The camp mode is excellent from 8.00-18.00. Affordable price £ 12 per day. The staff is friendly and polite.”
