"Horrible service. The head chef/owner is an extremely rude individual, who doesn't understand the second thing about customer service. Reached the cafe at 2:32pm with a guest of mine who had travelled from far and we were refused a sandwich because the kitchen had apparently closed at 2:30pm but it was evident the kitchen was fully operational as food was being prepared in the background. The moment you walk in everything is a NO, meaning it's my way or the high way. This is the second time this has happened. Safe to say I will not be visiting this place again and there are plenty of places around who serve far better food and coffee accompanied with excellent service."
