“Excellent place in Mayfair, the ambiance is warm and elegant. We had dinner last night and everything we tasted was delicious. The highlights were the seafood soup and the tuna tartare, both recommended if you visit the place. We need to come back to taste the meats too. The Ferrari sparkling wine was great and accompanied our food beautifully. We tried the tiramisu too, perfect balance between sweetness, alcohol, coffee and creaminess. We are going back for sure.”

He took us to Bath and Stonehenge while giving us a full range of historical, artistic, and cultural information that heightened our experience at each stop. “Had a great time on the tour of Stratford-Upon-Avon, the Cotswolds, and Oxford. Good way to visit all in one day. Our tour guide Gareth was friendly and knowledgeable. The driver was also great. Would use them again and recommend then for their other day tours.”

“What a lovely setting for an opera house. In the theatre itself, the seats are comfortable and have great sightlines in the stalls. There's a large orchestra pit and a large stage too. The theatre is a work in progress, and there are still facilities to build. But don't let that put you off! There's enough there for your visit to be comfortable and worthwhile. I saw Gods of the Game today and it was top notch and as good as any opera I've seen in the West End. It's a bit off the beaten track, so you'll need a car to get there unfortunately, but there's plenty of parking and it's not a long drive from South or West London.”

“This is a lovely place to visit the ring tailed lemurs. We like to go when they do the lemur talks as this is a great opportunity to find out more about the lemurs and watch them be fed! The lemurs have plenty of room to roam around, and lots of different things they can play with too. The enclosure is quite large, so you can see lots of the lemurs. Sometimes they like to go in their inside house bit, but you can still spot them in there which is fun.”

“Wonderful afternoon tea for our Mother’s funeral wake. The Fountain Suite was a beautiful venue and the food was delicious. Lovely vegan options for one family. The staff were quietly attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Phoebe (Events) and all the staff could not have been more helpful, both in planning beforehand and on the day itself. Very highly recommended.”

“I stayed at short notice due to horrible plumbing issues at home meaning I couldn’t stay in my flat that night. I was feeling very upset and let down by the managing agent of the building I live in as they had not been very helpful. Then I was checked in by Irena. She was so kind, helpful and caring and really made me feel better and start to smile when all of wanted to do was cry or scream till then. The room was decent and the facilities were as expected.”

“Absolutely fantastic! We had a mud run party for my daughters 13th birthday. Sam, Laura and Chris were great, they kept the children in check and focused so they could get the most from the course with lots of laughter. I'd recommend the firepits for after which was nice for the children to have a debrief and pizza round a cozy fire...just excellent!!”

“Beautiful location . Useful off street parking in front of house. Within reasonable walking distance from vibrant high street and Surbiton station. Large house with tastefull interior decor. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely large rear garden, with view from breakfast room. Excellent breakfast buffet with thoughtful variety of healthy eating options. Best full English breakfast we've ever had and well presented. Our hosts were quiet, friendly and helpful. A delightful stay.”

The communication has been amazing and the staff are wonderful. Elsie absolutely loved her first class and cannot wait for the next one. “Stayed here while attending a wedding at Hoath House. It was marvelous. The dome had a lovely view, a hot tub, a bbq, and once we figured out how to use the bio furnace was toasty warm over what we’re two cold nights! Plus, the bed was so comfortable I will be emailing the owners to find out where I can buy the same mattress! Finally, my boyfriend is 2 meters tall (6’7) and he could stand up and fit comfortably - this is a huge win!!”
