"Scam agreed on £24 pounds on the phone to go to Heathrow from their office, to then be charged £35 which was more expensive than Uber. Also, won’t except card only cash, which was not mentioned on the phone. Overall was inprofessional, I felt very uncomfortable and so did my partner. The driver did not even wait until the end of the journey before asking for money. It’s a shame I had such a poor experience as my housemates were interested in using this company also, however they are not interested after hearing my experience."

"Booked a taxi two days earlier for a very early morning trip to the airport. Cab didn’t show up, no communication what so ever. Call All the numbers but without response. Almost miss my flight if it wasn’t for an Uber driver. I complained asking the reason why cab wasn’t there, but didn’t get any response. I will never use again."
