Just Airports

"I figured that after 20+ years of using this service It's time I submitted a google review: - I find that the quality of the drivers is mixed. Often their great but you do get the occasional rude or inconsiderate driver that makes you doubt the service. - Their systems are way too archaic. They still operate by a combination of call center and emails. - I find that the pricing details are inconsistent and its not always clear when you're supposed to pay for things like parking, etc at the airport. - As a passenger its not in my control if the passport lines are hours long and this is the responsibility of the company and driver. I should not have to apologise for that or pay anything extra or feel that its my fault in any way. So I apologise for highlighting the warts and all but in all the years I've used them I think only one time did I get an Uber because that driver was going to be more than 15 minutes late. So they are a good option but do definitely have flaws that need fixing. I am giving them 3 stars for the above reasons."

"I had a scheduled flight back to LGW in the evening of Thursday 5 January and - mindful of the strikes - I had booked a car with Just Airports to take me home. Upon landing at LGW at 22:00, Just Airports very kindly informed me that the pick-up was cancelled because ‘the driver who was coming to pick you up car broke down on the way. Unfortunately, we do not have any other driver available tonight so we will not be able to pick you. We apologise for the inconvenience’. If I wasn’t busy trying to find a way to get home amid long queues at Gatwick taxis, Uber not responding, hotels not available, first bus available tomorrow at 05:25 I might even find this amusing. Just Airports, you will not get a second opportunity to disappoint me again. I’d advise everyone to give them a miss, and most importantly to never trust them in a time of need because they are the opposite of being dependable. This review deserves -5 stars, not 1 star !!!"

"The worst company! It used to be good but went downhill. Our booked car (from two months ago) didn’t show up!!! I will never EVER use them again."

"Please feel free to use this service at your own risk. Just Airports will not take responsibility for mistakes/issues with the booking. The owners response for sending the wrong car verbatim was "it was a clerical error what can we do? We can't hang someone for it can we" I paid the drivers in full irrespective."
