She always greets clients with a bright smile and is accommodating to my busy schedule when booking appointments. She also contacted me ahead of time to offer any spots that opened up that she knew would better suit my schedule which I really appreciated. She has honestly been a life saver, I wouldn’t have been as consistent with my appointments if not for her. Both Dr Ahmed and Anca were brilliant, payed attention to my needs and remembered things that even I forgot. “I had the pleasure of visiting waitrose in South Harrow today as I wanted to compare it with my local Ruislip branch which always seems to have empty shelves,fridges & freezers and is pretty poor by comparison, I think someone from head office should go and take a look and remodel the Ruislip branch on the South Harrow branch which in my opinion is how all waitrose stores should be, how can it be that the two stores can be so different?”
