“I had been experiencing an issue with my passenger side window which had started to malfunction for a few months prior. Having bought my vehicle into two different garages (audi approved specialist & a friends garage) both failed to diagnose & rectify the headache. Feeling perplexed & deflated I thankfully then decided to reach out to MC Autos who subsequently investigated the matter, established the problem & resolved the issue. I want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Jermaine, Natalie and the rest of the team for their friendliness, resolve, great Customer service & all round delivery for a brilliant customer experience. “Absolutely the best coffee shop around. Food is great, there are always a selection of freshly homemade cakes and treats plus a couple of quality savory items to chose from. The coffee drinks are excellent, they rival any of the great independent coffee shops in central London. The best thing about this place is the way it feels. It’s only little (as the name says) but it has a warm, lovely, homey, authentic vibe. (In normal times) there’s always a rotating crowd of people at the tables inside and outside, chatting and enjoying their neighborhood. When I moved to the area I found it hard to get know people but I always felt welcome here, wound up meeting the owners and lots of other patrons and got to learn a little more about the area thanks to the owners’ commitment to engaging with the wider community. Although they have been delivery only for the Covid period the tasty treats and warm vibes are still present. I can’t wait to be back in the shop again soon!”

“These guys not only offer a good hair cut they offer a calm, relaxing warm energy that really welcomes you as soon as you are in the door. I’ve been going to them for years, and there’s a reason for that. Hair cuts are consistent, it doesn’t matter who you go to the level of fade they can cut in is really good. Only thing I’d say is that sometimes it can be too busy that it takes long to wait, but that could be a good thing I suppose. Easy 5 stars.”

“Been there once. Sam spent a good amount of time on my hair and beard and clearly takes pride in what he does. Very pleased with the result. Same price as other nearby barbers but the interior is nicer. They aren't very chatty in here but some people don't value that much. I would go again.”

Good selection of food types and treats for many types of pets. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful if you have a question to ask.”

“Have not been there for a few years as don't live in Croydon anymore. Whenever I did go there there was always a fantastic atmosphere and a lovely friendly team, a great haircut as well. One guy I remember is Joe who was a great guy and always welcomed you. A great friendly team.”

“Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.”

“My first time at this garage and was a little concerned as you do but it was not your typical independent garage very clean,tidy and friendly .I had a car in for a MOT with 2 advisory’s that was 100% right after checking we can sometimes take it personal when are cars fail a MOT but remember it’s about safety .”

“I have been using this shop since it has first opened, and they have helped me out with all my emergency outfits that I need last minute. The customer service is great and are always completing outfits you may put together or giving you advice on what would match and what wouldn’t. I went in today to yet again find a last minute outfit and the guy gladly helped me out with getting sixes and a fresh pair of cargos that I picked out, the manager or owner (not too sure) is also very nice he is very talkative and will have a great laugh with you, for example I tagged them in my Instagram post for my birthday as I got my whole outfit was from them, they quickly liked and commented, I went into the store and he said how was your birthday and that I looked really good in the dress , I really can’t fault them they are a great company and glad they are based in Croydon”

“Just took a car lock back to Halfords West Wickham that my 86 year old mum brought, as it came without keys or instructions. The lovely lady at the till offered to replace it immediately and then was really helpful checking that my mum could use it due to the arthritis in her thumbs. My mum had been quite stressed about taking it back so the kind service was a great relief for her. Thank you!”
