I just had an initial appointment with Dr Natasha and it went incredibly well. She ran through my dental history, took her time to explain what she was doing and gave great advice on what do post check-up. The reception team were great too. As soon as I got in, I was checked in within seconds.”

“After almost 18 months of my last visit at Dentalcare Langley due to previous bad experience, I found the whole setup has been transformed. New chairs, new and pleasant receptionists, especially the new hygienist (Mariam Memon) and dentist (Kuljit Grewal). They are just a breath of fresh air. Hope they stay much longer this time, as previous ones who’d only come and go as a stop off don’t have much customers care mindset. The clinic management should aim to keep the good employees working there.”

“I visited today to have the mirena coil fitted. I was met at reception and asked to provide a urine sample and then to take a seat in the waiting room. I was waiting only about 5 minutes before being called through by a nurse called Marie. I was really anxious about the procedure and had been working myself up the whole morning and evening before. Marie was an absolute professional and was so reassuring. She really managed to put me at ease and the procedure itself from start to finish was only a few minutes. The start was very similar to having a smear test and the placement of the coil itself was only mildly uncomfortable (like quite a strong period cramp) and only lasted a few seconds. I took paracetamol and ibuprofen beforehand which I think helped. I have never given birth so was expecting it to be incredibly painful but the whole experience couldn't have been more different from how I'd imagined it would be. My only criticism is that the waiting time to get the appointment was around 2 months (apparently due to covid). I suppose that sort of thing is out of the individual clinics control though so I am still giving a 5 star review. All of the staff I came into contact with today were so kind and treated me with absolute dignity. Thank you for making an anxious time as bearable as possible and in particular a huge thank you to Marie, you were great!”

Really impressed with the staff.. *the lady from reception was really nice, friendly and polite. *Dr.Rob and his student medical assistant Ethan they were both amazing, professional and very friendly with children. *The activities lady, Joyce, was really nice and she did spent some time with my daughter.
