"I’ve been under Gynae for such a long time. Finally I was offered a choice of treatment and went for a choice I didn’t particularly want because I was not expecting to be offered the option I wanted. Anyway I’ve been waiting on a list for 11 weeks +5 days so far and I’ve tried several times to reach the medical secretary and waiting list person to try and speak to the dr and advise of the change in surgery option. After leaving several messages I still haven’t had a response. Absolutely appalling service. Waiting almost 12 weeks and no response what so ever. I just want to be able to speak to the dr and be put on the correct waiting list. Now because of someone’s incompetence I’ll probably have to start waiting times again. Almost 10 years with gynae involvement. I just want to experience a good quality of life. I would rate 0 if I could and it’s not even the dr it’s his secretary’s and admin team!!"

"I attended here for a hysteroscopy and was extremely nervous. The doctor and two nurses were all very reassuring and caring and took their time to put me at ease. Facilities were very clean. Despite finding this procedure very painful, I felt cared for at every step and I feel very grateful for our NHS, especially when staff are as caring as this."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I had the misfortune of attending a&e here as I was in the slough area during a medical emergency. I wish I wasn't and didn't end up at Wexham. I was taken to gynacology 6 hours later due to a communication error between ED and gyn. I should have been seen by gyn MUCH sooner. I was neglected and not cared for at all, and as a result ended up back in my usual hospital 5 days later where I was admitted and cared for properly. Wexham offered no support or care in a very traumatic and difficult situation and there was no follow up or aftercare explained they just discharged me after a horrific experience and because of their neglect I could have got sepsis which can be fatal. Instead i ended up on antibiotic drips 5 days later and further antibiotics course to precent any chance of possible sepsis. I'll be contacting PALS to explain the full experience I had here but I'm so angry with Wexham and was completely let down as a patient and human being."
