"When I most needed them this practise let me down horribly. I was in need of antibiotics for a very painful infection. I was on the phone waiting for receptionists to answer my call for over 45 mins. During that time I was number one in the queue. It seems the reception team just ignore requests when they feel like it. No reflection on Bhav. He is a good dentist. The receptionist was called Alina Khan. I asked her how it was possible that I was number one in the queue for almost an hour in total. She replied “we have had lots of calls and I am alone” But the mgmt let the receptionists do as they please. I will be moving practise. Very poor customer service."

"Awful practice and service. Rude receptionists. Go elsewhere, completely wasted my time in useless referrals to the hospital. Don’t know how they are getting away with it."

"Just tried to book a private appointment the lady couldn’t even understand me properly, not a great sign I won’t trust them with my teeth and I will find another establishment."

"If it was up to me I wouldnt even give 1 star for first time experience at the door, it was a dental nurse she was a white lady with ginger/red hair and blue eyes very rude ngl only by being 10 minutes late and due to all the current road works that are going on in slough and that it take time for her to get out of school my 11 year old was refused to be seen we apologised and I explained there was nothing to say on the letter from themselves if I was running late to ring the practice, however in return she said I cant make the 10 mins that you are late to appear out of thin air! Very rude NEEDS training! And NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Gotta wait a whole month now because of 10 mins!!!!!!! Really unfair."

"Awful, unprofessional service. Turned up to find out my appointment could not be carried due to not bringing the relevant document but this was not something I was told. They failed to take responsibility and had the 'well it is what it is' attitude. Took time off work to attend a pointless visit? Not happy. No communication, completely unorganised with no management. Three members all asking each other what to do. Overheard an older gentleman being send home because they got the dates wrong. Awful awful service. Would not recommend and will not be going back."
