“Twickenham Veterinary Surgery offer a really personal service. I like it because it is not a chain of surgeries. Mostly the vets have been there a long time and you get to know them, so they know you and your pets. When one of my cats was run over and killed, one of the vets rang me to say how sorry she was. I was really touched. I feel I can trust their recommendations and they will make sure treatment is really necessary and not offered to make money. It's not my nearest vets, but well worth going out of your way to join them.”

I would never consider going to another pharmacy as I know how good the staff are at looking after both my and other customers' requirements.”

“I can't believe the comments on this pharmacy. We have been using it for the last 6 months and they could not be more helpful or accommodating. I'm not sure if the people running it have recently taken over from those referred to in the other reviews, but they have been unfailingly helpful with us and have liaised with the doctors surgery to ensure that my mother has has the right medication at all times and sometimes (she has been very ill) at very short notice.
