"This is one of the worst boots I’ve ever been to. There is practically no stock on the shelves, the pharmacists always seem very stressed and the shop assistants are rude and not bothered about customer service."
"I almost always find a visit to this store a demoralising experience. There is generally a long wait to be served, service is slow - more staff are needed. There is one staff member who is cheerful and helpful but generally the staff are not personable. The whole store feels in need of attention."
"The pharmacist (middle age woman) wasn't nice and was very stressed. the guy in charge of my prescription got the wrong medications ready. it was just for another person.... my GP made a very understandable and obvious mistake and prescribed 240 tablets instead of 24. Even when I mentioned it they did not care, they did not check with my GP and gave me 9 boxes instead of 1. if anybody needs antihistaminic let me know :) Don't go there it can be dangerous!"
