“A fantastic hotel! I was a little wary when my taxi pulled up outside and all I could see was a door and sign sandwiched between other businesses. But when the door opens you are transported to a sleek and smooth hotel. With warm and inviting decor and very friendly staff. I travel for business and get fed up of takeout, so the fact that the rooms come with a kitchen is a massive bonus. (Would recommend bringing key essentials, like oil, salt and pepper if you have room) The turn down service is wonderful and the rooms are lovely and big Would highly recommend”

“We returned from a two night stay . All staff were helpful and friendly in the bar reception and restaurant and dealt with all our requirements . Breakfast was hot and plentiful with good variety. We had two evening meals which were hot and well presented . Everywhere was clean neat and tidy. We would return in the future . Only down side thought car parking was expensive £24 Thank you to you all .”

“I had my cataract op today & the attention from the ward staff were absolutely amazing . They really made me & other patients within my ward feel so comfortable & so relaxed before the operation & even after operation the staff explained about after care was so detailed & helpful . My operation was done by Mr Daren Hanumunthadu who has also done a superb 15 mins job .. no pain during & no pain after operation . A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU for all the great job done for me today !!!”

“Hands down the best B and B to say not only just in London but I would go as far as saying in the uk. A warm welcome at the door by a lovely family and they make u feel welcomed. Room upgraded at no extra cost. Only 2 of us but gave an extra bed ;). And so kind enough to give us a downstairs ensuite and a cup of tea. Facilities were extraordinary and lovely homey vibe. Thank you for the memories and hand on heart this is one stay I’ll never forget until the next time x”

“The best salon EVER!! Everyone is so lovely, polite and caring! Tommy is an absolute genius - brilliant at what he does, with a flair for colour and style. I first met him when he rescued my hair from a disastrous colour done by a major national salon (who were supposed to be the best in their field!!). Tommy took one look at the horror that was my hair and knew immediately what to do. He talked things through with me, telling me what the other salon had done and how he would save my hair and give me back my healthy, glossy locks! The trust he inspired in me from that very first meet was so reassuring, I was completely at ease and let him work his magic. The result was amazing - not only had he restored the colour to better than what it should be, but he went above and beyond with various conditioning treatments, masks and a head massage to boot! Now whenever I go for my cut / colour I just plonk myself down, enjoy the coffee (and the massage chair - which is an absolute must!) and let him do his thing! Tommy is, without a doubt, absolutely brilliant!”

“Great little guest house, parking on site if pre arranged. Friendly, welcoming host, good bathroom, comfy beds, clean room. Everything you could need. There is a train line behind but there's no horns blaring & the trains are pretty quiet, double glazing does a good job of masking the sound but be aware if you're a light sleeper. We will certainly be back”

“To be fair, I really like this Travelodge. The ladies on the desk are always very lovely when I go particularly one, but I can't remember her name!! The parking here is really easy, sometimes it does get busy but there is parking round the back of the hotel itself that people don't realise! The rooms are nice enough and are perfect for any business trips as you can easily access most things in London. From, Brent cross.”

“We have been to the Caribbean a few times and this was our first visit to Mauritius. We were not disappointed but overwhelmed by the beauty of its coastline and scenery and by the hospitality and friendliness of its citizens. The Hotel was amazing, the best I have ever stayed in and far superior in every way to those in the Caribbean. "The Residence ‘met all our needs in luxury, attention to detail, and the hospitality shown towards us by the staff. We were given a ‘Butler’ who was always on call if needed and our room was well serviced by our very friendly chambermaid who changed our sheets after so many days without our prompting. The food choice was overwhelming and of a high quality, as was the service provided by those waiting on the tables. A big thank you to all the staff who made our visit so memorable and especially to the Manager who made our last day relaxing by extending our room stay because of our late flight. I must also mention that the local agents Coquille Bonheur were excellent, as was the service provided by Enchanting Holidays .”

“I have been staying in this hotel for 1 or 2 nights a week, most weeks, for over a year now, for work reasons. If you want a bed for the night, a shower, a toilet and not much else - this is the place for you. Personally I’d rather spend the other £50-70 on dinner/drinks than stay at what would still be a basic travelodge etc. at twice the price. Jay on reception is a great guy and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible at what is, at the end of the day, a very basic, low budget hotel. Location is absolutely fantastic with a very short walk to Paddington station. Understand what you are booking - this isn’t the Ritz, but it’s fine by me.”
