"Hugely disappointed that they went entirely out of their way to do everything they could to not help my disabled parents return some tiles. First they said they wouldn't take these huge heavy tiles. Then they told my parents their van broke down and would need time to wait. Then they refused to pick them up and made my parents bring them to the store. And when they did, they asked my disabled mum to help carry them back into the store. A man from another store ended up helping my mum."
