“Lovely salon on the high street in Claygate, part of the community but worth travelling for too (it's right next to a car park and train station so it's easy to do so!). Alex cuts my hair and is fantastic, he really understands hair and he's both super creative and sympathetic to the way I live my life and 2hat I need my hair to do on a daily practical basis, while looking great!”

“I had my first visit with Dr Norup today. She spent a great deal of time talking to me about my skin and my medical history. She was extremely thorough which instilled a lot of confidence in me that whatever approach she took she understood me and my hopes for my skin journey. She was very much not the typical “injection crazy” Dr I have seen and heard many stories about. Her theory is holistic which I greatly appreciate. Can’t wait to go back and take the next step towards my longer term goal!”

“Stopped here for a quick bite of lunch whilst hiking in Surrey. The staff were friendly, the coffee was delicious as were our Tuna Melt Paninis and the cakes we enjoyed as a treat to keep us going on our 20 km winter walk. It is a lovely place to relax and enjoy coffee inside the cafe but we also noticed several people enjoying the winter sunshine and sitting outside.”

“We boarded our two working spaniels for two weeks and they looked like they were having the best time! When we picked them up they looked happy, healthy and well taken care of. We worried about them because of the heat wave but the daily updates kept us reassured that they were in great hands. We also really loved that they did daily weight checks for the dogs to make sure they weren’t losing weight due to stress. They really do take the well-being of your dogs seriously. Thank you very much for everything! We will 100% be using your services again!”

“Went in the morning to miss some of the lunchtime rush. A very nice and quaint pub, a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee and read a book. The staff were very nice and the outside area is well maintained. Would be a good spot for sunnier days too”

“We had a really lovely experience here after some very hit and misses (more commonly misses) in the surrounding area while staying here for a week. The lady that served us was French and brought with her that air of hospitality as a career rather than a job that continental Europeans have that makes for really nice service. Efficient, polite and warm but unobtrusive. We hadn’t booked but were seated easily although it was a fairly busy Thursday night. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating available and a kids play park. I was so so happy to see the menu. A few carefully curated items rather than a huge menu (which I always avoid where possible as you just know it’s either done badly or isn’t fresh). I was surprised to notice that despite the appealing choices on the menu, literally everyone around us seemed to be eating burgers or fish and chips! Each to their own I suppose but I had the confit duck, my husband the lamb cutlets and his father the mussels. We all thought our food was incredibly tasty and were so happy we went on and had puddings which were also yummy. We would definitely be regulars if we lived in the area highly recommend!”

“Amazing Indian food tonight after meeting the brilliant Bitzu (who works there) outside. He invited me in and had an amazing meal at the bar. The barman Tuzo supplied the drinks, great barman, much in his element. A sphere full place to eat out. Much recommended.”

“Had a problem with a Honda lawnmower which I'd bought a few months earlier (surging when warm). Initially was told may or may not be warranty, but I sent an email explaining the issue and had a call back within 30 mins from Paul. Dropped the mower off on a Tuesday - was told by another member of staff it "may be a few weeks", but received a call the next day from Paul to say all was fixed and mower was ready to pick up (it was a faulty gasket fitted by the factory). Shame about poor Honda quality control, but thumbs up to Ernest Doe for solving the problem quickly.”

(We got a room with shared bathroom) Pros: - It was very comfortable - Close to sandown race course - all facilities there (there is a sink inside room, a kettle for tea and coffee making, ironing board with a iron, lots of space to keep all your stuff, towel, soap etc.) - there is a kitchen downstairs open always - AWESOME breakfast - Owner was nice too Cons: - The height of everything was short, the rooms, the shower, the sink in the room etc. Difficult for anyone.”

“Such a helpful friendly waitress who really helped put the kids at ease, table of 8 so plenty of demands met with a smile and prompt service. Food was delicious. My Pollo Ad Astra pizza was perfect tasty and just enough spice. American Hot is a firm favourite too. My son loved his Dynamite Dough Balls. My calamari was perfectly done too. Sticky toffee cake was generous and cheesecake was absolutely delicious. What's not to like! Especially as my dear brother picked up the bill :-)”

She takes time to ensure that she listens to any feedback you give her and adjusts the treatment accordingly. I have very complex injuries and she spent the time to research them and ensure she was doing the best for me. I would highly recommend her.”
