“I had the most pleasant experience in Clarkes Wembley outlet and this is all down to Heather . For the first time , I received red carpet treatment - Heather helped me chose the right pair of shoes and even went the extra mile to check out the back to see if they had my size in store. This blew me away given I’ve been in the suite many times and when asking if they could check out the back for my size if it wasn’t displayed - the short answer I received if it’s not on the display shelf, we don’t have them. Heather , fine her job exceptionally well & proved the theory wrong as my size was out the back - last pair - I was lucky and very grateful to Heather . She helped me with the sizing, gave me the sound advice, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority snd nothing was too difficult . I ended up buying two pairs of shoes as a result of the service provided by Heather . Overall, Heather is a valuable asset to Clarkes - she is polite, professional, knowledgeable with the best customer care values and equally stroke s good rapport - I felt like a queen - old school ways are hard to beat svd find these days. Heather, only for you - I would have left the store - gladly , you were there and thank you for giving me the most pleasant shoe shopping experience at Clarkes - it’s a first. I think there are quite a few Clarkes store staff that could take a leaf and lessons from Heathers book. Thank you again. Love my shoes .”

“Really pleased with the customer service from Emma and Michelle. I bought a beautiful and very comfy pair of ankle boots that had a slight flaw. They collected them the same day via courier and had a new pair to me the next day. Unfortunately these had a different flaw and both were the last two pairs in my size. These are going back again same day and the first pair are arriving back with me tomorrow at a discount. These things happen, but you couldn’t have been better at sorting it out. I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive. The lady found my items online for purchase, i am expecting to go back today once notified they are ready for collection. “I had such a great experience today at bexleyheath newlook. I was trying on a coat I really liked and wasn't sure if I could get away with the length. A lovely assistant called roseanne could see I wasn't sure came over and gave her advice which was really helpful to me. I purchased the coat. Infact it was the second time roseanne has helped me I remembered her from my last visit. Just before Christmas I was in purchasing a few other items and there was a sheet mask for a child I was interested in but was worried about the ingredients and any reaction it may cause. Roseanne new all about the ingredients and showed me. We had a short chat about skin sensitivity and not only did she give me advice about the mask she advised me about own skin health condition and I took that advice and I remembered her because my skin has cleared up remarkably. I thanked her today for all her help.The customer service was excellent both times. It really makes a difference to be assisted by such a genuinely helpful and friendly person.”
