My son picked out a pair he liked, Lawrence returned with 2 sizes of the shoe to try on, after careful checking, he recommended the larger size after a walk around. Lawrence was attentive and interested in the interaction with my son during the visit, his customer service was perfect, im hoping he is there on our next visit! Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble.
