“My outfit actually came out better than I expected. The customer service was excellent with regular and constant communication and nothing was too much for them. There was a very small glitch in the measurement and I got upset (as every bride does) but crystal never failed to rectify things. They sorted everything out perfectly. I have to admit I am so pleased with the customer service and the outfit. I recommend everyone for crystals now. Please get your outfit from them they will outdo your expectations unlike other places in green street and Southall who just seem to disappoint and not care about it.”

“Having children feet measured with Sam is a dream. She's calm with little ones and makes it pleasant rather than stressful (as it can be in a department store or shop) She has a lovely collection of shoes. She's super honest too for example this week when I took my son for new school shoes she said come back in few months as current shoes still fit okay. Whereas in Clarke's They would have sized up even though he wasn't ready (that happened to my daughter). I highly recommend Sam for first steps shoes and school shoes both my two love going to see her and I know their feet are being looked after.”

She only recommends what’s best for them, if she doesn’t have anything right in stock she’ll tell you and get the right thing ordered. Don’t let the size of the shop fool you. She’s got a large enough range for all ages. She’s also brilliant with your kids, and happy for them to walk about and explore. After having one too many bad experiences in places like Clark’s where the assistants no longer have the training for fitting children’s shoes, I found this on my doorstep. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else for their shoes now. Highly recommend- you won’t regret it.”

Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou”

The suits are very varied but with Alfie’s help I chose three that I am very happy with. Off the peg with some minor adjustments and I have some great fitting suits. They collected them the same day via courier and had a new pair to me the next day. Unfortunately these had a different flaw and both were the last two pairs in my size.
