Gerri and Rafal both took lots of time to meet with us and to explain the intricacies of becoming landlords and they left us feeling completely reassured by taking away the more difficult aspects such as finding suitable tenants, arranging the paper work and handling the financial side of letting our property. From the beginning their service has been bespoke and personable yet a remains competitive to the current market and this has been key for us. “Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.”

“Great place to catch a breath after work or just have a quiet walk in the evening. Plenty of benches to have a sit and read a book or contemplate life Park smells fantastic in the evening mid May ,when various plants start blossoming. Even during a sunny days , it doesn't get too busy. If u play tennis ,there are 8 courts at your disposal (you have to buy a membership which is only a small annual fee). Annoying things are dog owners that let their dogs run freely everywhere without leash - it shouldn't be allowed ( some time ago one dog grabbed my sandwich and the owner lady found it funny)”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.”

“I have been Staying at the Hilton London Croydon as I am working nearby. I have been there for four weeks and it has been a very pleasant stay. The rooms are large , very clean and modern with TV , drinks cooler, and air conditioning. Super comfortable bed. Nice modern clean bathroom. The Staff are always friendly approachable and helpful . Excellent parking . The breakfast is always a winner with a good choice for both Continental and full English . The team serving breakfast are so friendly they really do set you up for the day.”

“First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

“As a keen runner and cyclist I knew in the back of my mind that I should probably do some strength training, but never really got round to it. I was diagnosed with osteopenia and that was the moment I decided that I had to take strength training more seriously…if only I knew where to start… That’s where Bea came in; she focussed on my diet, gave 1:1s with the right amount of challenge and wrote useful training plans. It’s been a real voyage of discovery. I could hardly lift a 6kg kettlebell when I started, but 11 months on I have progressed to 55kg squats. I really recommend training with Bea. She is professional, has lots of pearls of wisdom from her own experiences (duathlons, marathons, ironman, powerlifting) and has great attention to detail to help you reach your goals. I never thought I would enjoy strength training but that’s what comes with having a great PT!”

“Lovley stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. Excellent location, right in a shopping centre surrounded with places to eat. Parking free which is a bonus. Staff were very friendly and even left a balloon and sweets in the room when they found out it was my daughter 6th birthday!”

The sessions were rigorous, thorough and professionally executed and I could feel the benefits as treatments progressed. Appointment times were adhered to and no waiting around. All Covid-19 measures in place. Should the need arise in future Ben will be my first point of call.”

“Lovely swimming school with excellent teachers. They take great care in ensuring children are happy and comfortable in the water before teaching them excellent technique in each of the four main strokes. The classes are a good size, allowing for individualised instructions where required and as they progress the children gain stamina, speed and confidence. They also provide feedback and updates on children's progress, moving them up levels when they need to or identifying areas in which they could improve. A great swim school that we'd highly recommend.”

“This is an excellent practice. Chris was quick to suggest I visited a specialist straight away for a diagnosis rather than having a lengthy course of treatment first and then referring me on. Chris's initial thoughts on the condition proved to be spot on and his early advice to seek a specialist opinion and scan meant the issue was identified and solved quickly through a surgical procedure saving me weeks of inconvenience. Chris's post operative physio was targeted and effective and I believe played a crucial role in making a speedy recovery from knee surgery. All in all, thoroughly recommended.”
