“I have been with Mark Nelson's for 30 years with a short gap recently due to personal issues. They have always put my animals first and always treated me and my animals with care and respect. When my beautiful girl Bailey suddenly fell terminally ill, they did everything they could to make her last week's comfortable and pain free, and when she finally deteriorated early one Saturday morning, they were there to make sure she didn't suffer anymore. I have just moved back to the area and have immediately re registered my three with them and an appointment was immediately available to see my poorly cat. Can't recommend this surgery enough. Caring vets and one receptionist lady has to be the kindest and loveliest I've had the pleasure of dealing with.”

The lady on reception was friendly, and the doctor and nurse I had during my copper coil/IUD fitting were so professional and reassuring. She was by my side the whole time, holding my hand, we spoke the common language we have to overcome the claustrophobia and strong panic attack I have and I got on my first attempt a few days before the second (successful) attempt. “I was pleasantly surprised to hear my GP Dr Siddiqui answer the telephone. I automatically assumed there were a crisis taking place in the GP. I was impressed when advised, a new trail where the GP man's the front desk and answer calls from patients wanting to book appointments. Conversation was short and sweet but swiftly addressee the issues and points I raised prior to my scheduled appointment this Friday. “Iam giving this sugery 5 STARS because of one particular kind professional selfless lady Dr.SHAH she's so kind and very respectful to her patients doesn't look down on any PATIENT I've been with this sugery for 10yrs and DR SHAH is so amazing. If it was not DR.SHAH I would have died. I was very depressed but she saved me. Unlike the receptionists and some Nurse she's English they're very rude but I put up with their rudeness because I was going to see my DR SHAH .”
