The pickup was prompt and in a large, clean and modern van. The driver was very friendly and the drive was great. The price was fantastic for 3 adults and 1 child. “Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.”

“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“Well placed hotel, we didn't stay in the apartments. Lots of parking - discounted rate if ur staying here. V friendly staff. Choice of eateries and food mainly good. Breakfast choice is exceptional!”

“Wonderful experience here. The staff was professional and accommodating. The location is convenient. Restaurants and shuls all on the same block. Busses stop in front of the hotel for quick transportation to anywhere. If you stay for Shabbat and purchase their hospitality package, this is what your table looks like. They also provide a hotplate which is super hot (so watch out you don't burn your food). Would stay here again and again. Air conditioning was frigid and welcome after a hot day in the tube.”

Stayed here as was close to airport for my holiday but still close enough to central for me to go and explore London… Great room and service, checked in by Lara, very friendly smile. “Arrived after 2 weeks in Morocco. The hotel was connected to terminal 4 through an easy walk through a covered walkway. Check in was easy with a very helpful and pleasant front desk agent (Susanne). The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Good cold beer at the restaurant and the food was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel for flying out of Heathrow.”

“Spent the night in the hotel before flying off to Athens. There is a covered walk to Terminal 5. Maria the receptionist greeted us and was so welcoming, friendly and professional. We checked in and checked out fabulous room. King-size bed, shower cubicle and separate bath, towelling robes and slippers. Loads of extras, natural loofah scrub and Balmain toiletries. We had breakfast the next morning and there was everything you could wish for. Highly recommended. It's not cheap but a perfect way to start your holiday. View of runway, room very quiet.”

“Great airport hotel. I have definitely seen worse airport hotels. And considering the location and price I would definitely recommend this one. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Including fresh fruits, vegan yoghurt and pancakes. I really appreciated the attentive service. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and even the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and clean. But some of the furniture was pretty worn down and could use a touch up. I slept great, but the mattress might be a bit to hard for some people.”

“Stayed at the Hyatt 4 years ago and it was perfect. Was in area (November 8th 22) so thought try the Hyatt. So happy I did, Very friendly staff, excellent service. Excellent room, exceptionally clean and quiet. Excellent food. Short bus or shuttle ride to the hotel. Highly recommend this Hotel.”

“Due to flight being delayed, my mom and a family of 4 missed the connecting flight. I rang the hotel and Vladimir, the guesthouse owner, held 2 rooms and made sure, they were alright. He also organized the taxi the next day. The rooms were very clean, the guesthouse just a short drive from LHR airport. It was a huge relief for the travellers and me, to know, there was someone who actually cared (Airline didn't help at all!!) We will definitly be going back!”

“A great, lovely hotel which accommodates all your needs. Upon signing in, we were told we were being upgraded to executive rooms with no extra charge. The rooms were nice and clean. Nice and cosy. We had a great view as well which was nice. I have no complaint other than it can get extremely hot at times but that’s a minor. In addition, the hotel is only a 5 mins walk to the station so it is easy to travel to and from the location. We’ll be definitely booking rooms here again in the future.”
