When the first cleaner moved away, we were swiftly matched with someone new, and when we provided some feedback about that particular person, TFY were very swift to respond and replace. Our current cleaner is communicative, professional and reliable. If she can't make a session TFY could provide a replacement which gives us peace of mind!”

“Three weeks later and my gel manicure is still perfect. I tripped and broke a nail a week in and they fixed the broken end for me, free of charge. Excellent colour selection. Staff are friendly and speedy, which I love, but it’s worth noting that they’re not chatty, so if you’re after that all round “luxury” experience then it’s not for you. If like me you want to just get in and get out with excellent nails, it’s perfect.”
