"Wow what is going on with this salon. Really bad atmosphere with staff talking behind each other’s backs or about clients. Couldn’t work out what was going on. I have never experienced such an uncomfortable situation when having my hair done. I wasn’t happy with the colour of my hair as it was a lot lighter than I thought we had agreed. I couldn’t be bothered to get into a discussion about it as I just wanted to get out and go to another hairdresser to rectify."
