"I used this barber before but today the experience fell short. First and foremost and considering the circumstances with this outbreak the barber should always wash his hands in between customers. This did not happen. I witnessed the barber sneezing on the of back of his hand and did not wash afterwards. This time my hair did not stay as I like it and when shared feedback the gentleman he replied that I did what you asked for passing the responsibility to the customer. I believe the all idea of paying for a PROFESSIONAL service is to get advice on how best to it and before proceeding with the cut understand how the customer like his hair and understanding the customer needs. It is always safe to say I did what you asked for and removing the responsibility out of his shoulder."
