“I can't recommend Ivan at Pro Touch Clean Ltd enough! He is the most professional, considerate and passionate upholstery/carpet cleaner we've ever booked. His service is second to none. I wish I got an image of his set up! We booked Ivan to clean our Parker Knoll armchairs. Ivan was very thorough and very attentive to the details. He assessed the materials in advance and made sure he used the correct process and products for our chairs. He explained and shows us videos in advance of the process which reassured us too. He respected our home and the surroundings making sure everything was protected and covered during the clean. Best cleaning service we have ever used and now we will be booking in our carpet clean in the next couple of months. Highly recommend this company and service- 5 STARS! Frank and his team are all very friendly and very welcoming, always end up having a good laugh. A great experience all round. “yup I've found my barber and I'm not cheating on him :D. I generally pay little to no attention to my looks and my hair, so long as it's clean I'm happy... then this guy cut my hair :D. My girlfriend got annoyed and sent me down to the barber to cut my hair "short" (I still have no clue what she meant). So I walk in and tell the barber, "she said short, that's all I have for you". At this point he picks up his tools and proceeds to change clippers and scissors ten thousand times and even used a straight razor. Honestly I have no clue what he was doing but when he was done, daaaaaaaaaaaaamn, okay I'm looking like a movie start at this point or atleast my hair is, I've not shaved in 2 days and everything I'm wearing is 10+ years old and purchased in Primark XD. So the bill comes, considering the work of art that is now on my head I'm taking a deep breath and waiting for my bank balance to hit the floor... £14... wait what? Was he sure? I mean I know I'm new to area and used to get my hair done in Chelsea, where you need to sell your first born to buy a coffee but this hair cut was so cheap! I felt guilty paying by card and not having any cash to tip him. I will definitely be going there every month and nobody is allowed to touch my head other than him!”

I consider the owner of the shop, Aliona, to be courteous and extremely thorough in her work. Before accepting any item for dry cleaning she checks the garment carefully and gives an honest appraisal as to whether or not it is suitable for dry cleaning and in fact, if she thinks that any risk of discolouration or damage etc is involved, she politely tells me to not go through with it and to take the clothing home until I can provide her with the correct information concerning the material. “Wow! Amazing place! I found these guys honest and old fashioned, not after my money but after giving me the truth. It is a piece of old Hanwell, and worth it just to see the shop's grey parrot! When he said "Hello" in a husky voice I jumped out of my skin! Apparently he also says "everything for a tenner" but he didn't say that to me. Merely "What's your name?" also in a low voice for a parrot. The till is an antique. A quirky shop with old-fashioned expertise, and they know their stuff. The workshop is right there so they do the diagnosis there and then.”
