"I have been to Sole and Heel several times recently, to have keys cut, buy new laces for my daughter's trainers and to get the zips replaced on a pair of boots. The owner is always friendly, helpful and courteous - I really appreciate the excellent customer service practice of sending a text to let me know when my items are ready for collection. Work is of a very good standard, but cheaper than other local shoe repair outlets. Would definitely recommend."
