Most italians always have there way of cooking when ordering the same dish. But what we had was what I would say is original and how it should be in every Italian. Superb job to the chef's. Staff were friendly and service was very good. Lovely small restaurant which probably explains why the food was so good as they are not catering to a large number of people.”

“Fantastic little place run by real Italian people! Freshly homemade pasta and desserts. Simple menu but makes you want to try all the dishes. We had delicious ravioli with porcini mashroom and sausage ( in red sauce) prepared in minutes, hot chocolate and sfogliatella, also very delicious. Everything looked very fresh and tasty. Highly recommended. I wish I could try something else tomorrow!”

“Friendly, tasty and atmospheric, it was a lovely place to go for a meal on a recent trip to London. The menu is simplistic, but the quality of the food is brilliant! It’s lovely to be able to watch your food being made, and to smell the fresh cheese and pasta. Also, Italian soft drinks served with a pasta straw definitely add to the experience! The deserts are great too! All round a great time, and worth a visit”

“We went here for dinner with high expectations. We were impressed by the service and the food alike. We were welcomed and seated very promptly and politely, with food, drinks and the bill arriving very quickly. In terms of food, the pasta was great. Very balanced pasta-sauce proportions and tasty throughout. We also had the Bruschetta, which was a great start of the meal. The tiramisu and gelato were tasty and tasted high-quality. Dish sizes were good, perhaps the Carbonara a bit small. Worth noting that the bill includes a 12.5% service charge!”

“A fun and relaxed little place with a warm, friendly atmosphere, but with character too. I ordered a mushroom pizza with extras of sun-dried tomato and Gorgonzola. The manager/chef (or whoever) is a great guy, and I was impressed to actually taste Gorgonzola throughout my pizza, as usually places are so tight these days. And the pizza had some splendid charring and crispiness, delicious! I'll definitely be back here again.”

Similar to what another reviewer mentioned; too often you order "classic" neopolitan pizza and the toppings either slide off, or there is no crunch and you need to use a knife and fork - that is not the case here. Bases are immaculately firm and crispy, toppings are generous and high quality. Just an all round top drawer pizza”

“A massive Thank you to Luca and his team at Rossella. Myself and my new wife held our wedding reception at Rossella this past week and I have to give them 5 stars not only for the service and food but also for their assistance with planning which began before the pandemic scuppered our plans. When it came to choosing a venue for nearly 70 of our friends and family to share our day with us there was only 1 place we wanted to do it. Having eaten at the restaurant previously and impressed with the food quality and service we returned to speak about the possibility of utilising the venue for our special day. From the moment we spoke we were reassured that we had indeed made the right choice in Rossella. Luca - the owner is hands on and really knows his food...and wine. We had a few testers and decided on the menu. In the lead up to our day Luca helped us with seating plans and the logistics of the day which we hadn't given a second thought too. On the day of our wedding we arrived to be greeted by a champagne reception and a smiling Luca. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were accomodating to all from our 6 month old neice to my wife's 90 year old grandmother. The food was top class and portions generous. I had a T bone steak which was cooked to perfection and tasted beautiful with the family wines we had chosen - this wasn't a one off from the seabass to the meatballs many of our guests have said that the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. We danced the night away - the team again being accommodating to our dance group which was the evenings entertainment - nothing was too much trouble - Luca from myself and the new Mrs. T thank you to you and your team we had so many wonderful compliments on your venue and the food. We will always remember our special day with a smile and the taste of those cannolis. J&C Xx”

Freshness of pasta caught our attention, truffle ravioli and wild boar tagliatelle are my favourites. Not to forget that exquisitely looking pot of Tiramisu, very inviting. Pricing is decent with a bottle of wine between 4 adults, we shared 3 desserts between us it came to around £40 each.”
