Waggon & Horses Surbiton
“Very nice pub, with decent beer and happy hour cocktails. Really nice decor inside and lovely big seating area outside. Convenient location. Reasonable prices.”
The Black Lion Surbiton
“I really like this pub, nothing flashy but dogs and kids were welcome, and it felt like a good mix of locals and people in to watch the football. Plenty of space, lots of tables. Would visit again.”
Duke of York Surbiton
“The service was great and food was enjoyable. The guy who served us was excellent, making sure our family had a nice table in the more quiet corner in the back after a long day of travel.”
The Roasting
“Absolutely in love with this cozy place! Fantastic spot and great addition to the area, yummy selection of pastries, panini and deli. The best cappuccino so far. This will be my treat going further!”
The Surbitonian Grind
“The best independent coffee shop you’ll find in south west london. Decor, coffee, food and service are all on point. Opened up during the pandemic and has thrived because it’s just fabulous.”
The Lamb
“The best pub in the area with independent caterers selling food from the garden kitchen. Great selection of beers, wines and spirits with live music every Thursday evening and Sunday.”
City Arms
“Impromptu visit last Friday night with old friends. Very good quality food, very reasonable prices including wines. Good service and atmosphere.”
The Press Room
“Best cafe in Surbiton - great coffee, biscotti and sandwiches - friendly, relaxed staff, top Barista - always packed with customers - highly recommended.”
The Fox & Hounds
“Stopped by for a drink after a walk along the river, lovely cold lager and coffee served with delicious biscuits. Great atmosphere with burning log fire. Friendly man who served us and great chat. Will pop in again soon!”
The Berrylands
“Came here for a party. Had a brilliant night. Pub seemed like the pubs I knew back in the early 80s, but in a really good way. Staff all very friendly and helpful, prices very fair. Food was supplied for the party, I’ll be honest I’m really not sure who did the catering, but it was all very good, a finger food buffet. There were two bars that I could see, not sure if there are other function rooms. Very near Berrylands station. Parking seemed easy.”
Niku
“Came for brunch for a friends belated birthday celebrations, amazing service and food. By far the best bottomless brunch we’ve been to, amazing drinks and quick service. The bar tender was really good and service was 10/10. Can’t thank Fiona our server for our day/evening enough!”
The Victoria
“Visited for a family meal. Wonderful atmosphere, close to station & beautiful decor. Best of all the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and attentive - and served some great hearty food.”
Bubbles Shisha Cafe
“Excellent place for Sheesha. Authentic place, tasty Sheesha! Nice booths with screens. Staff very friendly. A great place to just hang out, good music playing.”
The Coronation Hall - JD Wetherspoon
“We meet our friends here socially one morning a week for coffee which offers free refills. We then generally stay for lunch. I usually have curry but there are choices. It's such good value here and the best thing is it's lovely and warm too. We can stay as long as we like without feeling we ought to go. Its ideal for us.”
Pizza Express
“My children has always loved pizza express. I have to admit it wasn't my favourite pizza restaurant but since I tried the new menu I am so much happier to take my children there. Only been once at Surbiton branch, normally we go to the Esher one. The service at Surbiton was fantastic and the very friendly waitress gave a little tip which made my pizza exquisite!”
