Gave us all of the information we needed, set the scene and let us start. The escape room itself was really fun, atmospheric and Frances got in a good jumpscare. Would really recommend the Shepherds Bush branch of Escape London, all of their staff that we've met have been lovely. And if you get Frances running your game, you're guaranteed fun! We had an issue with a payment error and they immediately took action to resolve it. Eric help so much by translating and accommodating my family with any issues. “Location quite easy to find. Price of the adventure is reasonable. It was my first experience with escape room and this adventure did not disappoint, we participated in the Crown Jewel event and it was really excited. The service staff is really friendly and helpful. We managed to get some photos after the event via email which is handy for me to use as my phone wallpaper. Great experience all round, definitely recommend it to anyone who never did escape room before.”
