"This salon is lovely, I had an appointment for a permanent make up treatment which was carried out by a student (Larissa) but she did an amazing job! "I came here to get my lashes done by Mirella, and was incredibly happy with the result! Mirella was super friendly, the place was very hygienic, and everything was just up the the standards. Could not recommend this place enough, and Mirella is just the sweetest and most professional. Already have my next 2 lash appointment booked, and my lashes look incredible!!!"

"I had Henna brows that included a brow wax and then also had a upper lip wax. The girl that done my service was nice but she ended up skin lifting me and leaving me with burns on multiple parts of my face and a large part of my upper lip area. Her pulling technique from the wax was completely wrong. When I messaged them directly they were responsive and apologetic and offered to send a voucher towards my next treatment. However, promises were made but they did not follow through and I have had no further communication. I’d advise to not use this salon. Staff are friendly but being burned and left with scars was not worth my money. Waxing is a very simple basic service and should not have resulted in this."

"Total waste of money. Poor experience for getting russian lashes here- the retention was shockingly bad. Mirella who did the lashes did try and rectify the situation by offering an infill. I opted for a removal because these were my lashes are two days?! Followed the aftercare to not touch them or get them wet. When I came in for the removal, she didn’t say anything about it, no apology no explanation. I did request a partial refund which they said they couldn’t do since it was a completed service- so essentially I paid £55 for two days for some spacey lashes. A waste of my time and money The salon is clean and it’s nicely airconned but can’t say my experience was good with the actual service."
