All children get a chance to be involved as well. Plus if your child is particularly interested in the performing arts they will give you advice and opportunities to extend what your child is doing. I work in the arts industry and I’m really impressed that every time I go and watch a performance. It is testament to the people involved in this group that they have so many children wanting to get involved and so many older teenagers staying on to get involved in the further stages program they clearly love the opportunities & are proud what they achieve. She has never once been reluctant to go in, the opposite infact and has a great relationship with all the staff there, regardless of whether or not they are her key worker. The staff are attentive and helpful, children have so many different opportunities given to them and my daughter has made loads of progress in her phonics and writing which is entirely down to the work they do with her. Even when they changed the school day to a 3.30 finish which we couldn't manage, they were flexible and allowed us to continue with an earlier pick up as those were the hours we had already signed up for, with no charge. We haven't got a bad word to say about Orpington Montessori and had a great feel for it from the first time we visited. I recommend this preschool to everyone we know who lives locally and choose to drive to take my daughter there over more local options.”
