"Bought an outfit for a Child's birthday present for £43.00 8/9 weeks ago (20/9 approx.), also purchased a christening outfit at the time for £128.00. The dress on the skirt does not fit like the top does its almost a dress size smaller. Only found out 4 weeks ago that the present (dress) i had bought did not fit, took it back just to get an exchange not a refund. Shop owner was rude to my aunty and then rude on the phone. So much for loyal customer service after spending a reasonable amount, would not buy here due to the terrible service and rude manners of the owners."

"I would warn against ever buying a present here or anything you might need to take back. I received a present for my baby and was refused to exchange it even though it was in the box, label inside (although not attached). The assistant claimed it must have been worn and washed although it was clearly in pristine condition (never even been put on, just held up against my child and put back in the box). When I took the item to the children's charity shop just down the road they were unsurprised as this shop has a reputation for refusing returns."
