Dog Sitting, Dog Daycare, Cat Care, Pet Services -17 years in business
● Closed“Pet Sanctuary are great. We have used for daycare and boarding for our dog Hamish for over a year now, since he was a puppy. He LOVES going. Vicky is amazing with him - very knowledgable, helping with training etc. You can tell that she really loves dogs. If she is ever unavailable, she arranges for her colleague Sladja to come instead - who is equally as great. I especially love the flexibility that Pet Sanctuary are able to provide - regularly fitting around my schedule, often dropping Hamish off late without any hesitation. Thank you so much for all that you do.”

Man’s Best Friend Kensington and Chelsea
● Closed“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

Creature Comforts Cattery
● Closed“My two cats stayed with Jen for nearly 2.5 months, unexpectedly much longer than initially planned, after moving to the UK and were wonderfully looked after. Jen loves animals and treats those staying with her like individuals and they adored her. Even the anxious one. The enclosure was spacious with a lovely garden view and reasonably priced, and Jen was very accommodating with regular visits and helping out with anything that was needed. But best of all was knowing my cats were in such caring hands during an unsettling time for all of us. The personal attention they got and the warmth in the recaps about what they (and their neighbours) had been up to during visits really drove it home. Even the courier who dropped off the cats from Heathrow described Jen as "a lovely lady". Highly, highly recommended.”

My kitten stayed here for the first time in July and I was a little worried as he was only 4 months old however I did not need to as he was so very cared for and well looked after. The staff are very professional and operate a high standard of care for your pets as well as good customer service to their clients.”
-
Errington Lodge Cattery
● Closed“Lovely people who really care about cats. They have a club you can join for a small fee which reduces the fees slightly which is worthwhile. They have an excellent relationship with Darwin Vets in Biggin Hill, which fo my money are the best in the area, which is also reassuring. You do have to provide vaccination certificates for your cats to protect the other guests :). I recommend them their our first choice but they do get booked up early at peak times....”

Crayside Boarding Cattery
● Closed“Couldn't recommend this cattery enough! Kathy and Simon take great care in what they do and all the fur babies are very well cared for which you can clearly see when you visit. They are very kind and friendly people, Kathy was also very helpful squeezing me in on a last minute booking due to another problem at another cattery. This was the first time my Cleo had stayed away while we went on holiday and I was very worried about leaving her. As soon as I arrived I instantly felt relaxed. The facilties are superbly maintained and the accommodation is spotlessly clean! There is a very relaxed atmosphere here and all of the cats seemed very happy. Cleo has returned home very happy and can clearly see she has been cared for very well. Will definitely be using you again and will recommend to everyone x”
