I was in East Croydon for highly distressing personal reasons (to appear as a witness in Family Court) when a wheel bearing went in my Subaru. The AA (who I had called) highly recommended Kinghams, then escorted me there. They thought they could it relatively easily and that I’d be able to travel on down to Cornwall to visit my son and grandchildren who I haven’t seen for a year. . Sadly, the more they looked at the car the more problems they found. I was kept informed (so efficiently by video film) and difficulties arose because of the well-publicised shortage of parts. They eventually fixed my problems by bastardising one of their new, for-sale cars leaving it unsaleable until September when the parts can be replaced by Subaru. This is almost unimaginable service. They were kind, courteous, informative and great in every way. They have eventually managed a top class job of getting my car safely back on the road. All i can say Lukaz knows whats he is doing explains everything what to expect and what you gona get, stright forward comunication the guy its just briliant in his job. And remember guy works on its own so he cant aford mistakes so just why you always get BEST SERVICE from him. Recomending to everyone if your BMW or other bike have more than 20k miles do the service it will transform your bike and saves on buying new suspension.”

Aparently one of the windscreen wipers was just about worn out enough which to cause my car to fail the MOT once but they guy there just changed it, gave me a new one for free and did not charge me for the re-run of the MOT. That clearly tells me they care about their customers.”

However, i thought I will take the trouble to visit the garage reluctantly as I was not sure what to expect. To my surprise and pleasure, it was great to meet the owner, Peter. Not only was he very helpful and courteous but he didn't put any pressure on me to purchase the car. In fact, i was given the time to discuss with my wife about the purchase once we decided on a price - very rare these days. Most would asked me to put down a non-refundable deposit! When I went to pick the car a couple of days later, Peter went through all the details pretty thoroughly with me. Not only that, he even said that should I encounter any problems, not to hesitate to contact him. I would say I received excellent service and very pleased about my purchase.
