“Generally speaking I do not leave reviews- however I had to make an exception due to the fantastic service I have received from Lio, from start to finish his communication and professionalism has been faultless. My clutch unexpectedly packed up and I contacted Lio who gave me a instant quote for parts, labour and collection (saving me almost £500 off of a quote I had received from a garage elsewhere), he arranged for the car to be collected the same day from near Cambridge to Dagenham, he ordered the parts on my behalf and carried out the work promptly and kept me updated every step of the way. I sincerely could not recommend him more, Grade A service and I look forward to doing further business with him again in the future :D”

I was apprehensive at first as I normally give my car into a BMW specialist, however after getting an initial quote and inspection done it was fair to say the prices were very fair and reasonable. They didn't do any unnecessary work, they made extra effort to see the general health of my car and made recommendations of what needed doing based on their inspection. Upon receiving the car back the car felt great it i took it on a 400 mile journey up north over the weekend and back and the car is great. Going forward I will be using him for the long term maintenance of my car and I also have my e39 m5 booked in also.
