“This guy was an absolute godsend!! He came recommended from a mechanic that I work with, who couldn’t deal with some electrical issues that I was having with my A Class. My airbag sensor was malfunctioning and I was also having an intermittent problem with my turbo system. Faheem managed to diagnose the issue fully and then went above and beyond to get the problem sorted for me. A replacement part from Mercedes would have cost me over £3k but he went and sourced a second hand part for me and did the whole job for £300+, saving me tenfold!! Amazing service!! Would defo recommend!!”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service. Went to them to map my Rally Subaru Impreza WRX ahead of an event this weekend and there were issues with the new turbo that had been fitted. Both Neil and his team mate, worked from 12 when the issue was found, until 8 pm that evening without a break. They loaned me a replacement turbo, replaced the turbo and remapped the car again so that i could make the event this weekend. I expected that come 5:30 or 6pm latest that they would have shut the shop and asked me to come back the next day...I was totally taken aback at their dedication to getting it in shape so i could race it. I have used them on 3 seperate occassions over a 15 year period and i would highly recommend them as a business and will without doubt use them again. Straight talkers, professional, clean and tidy workshop. Cannot recommend enough.”

Out of curiosity, we decided to give them a go and I am glad we did. We showed up without an appointment and Martin and his team accommodated both our cars. The repairs needed were super affordable and the service was excellent. I would give them a 6th star if it was an option. There’s nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry and HTS owned it. No wonder they have been in business since 1959. “When I bought my Yamaha R6 recently I wanted to change the oil and oil filter before riding to Berlin. Steve did a lovely job of it and the engine ran smoothly for my big adventure. On my return and after a frustrating time with other garages I asked Steve to replace my worn front tyre on my Yamaha R6. I was pleased with how quickly he sourced a suitable tyre (Michelin Pilot Road 5) and with the price he quoted for fitting it. Within 48 hours the tyre was on my bike with the correct pressure. He checked the pressure in my rear tyre as well. Bolts were fastened with the correct torque settings too. Nice work! I might add that Steve applied copper slip to my anti-screech pads eliminating an irritating squeak AND oiled my drive chain! Japs MC is a hidden gem in my opinion. I will be back next time my beloved R6 needs any work done on it. I recommend this place to anyone who rides Japanese motorcycles and appreciates quality workmanship.”

“A brilliant old style motor factors which leaves the likes of Halfrauds for the dead loss type of shop it is. Here they are switched on, they know their stuff and can identify parts easily. Quality products on the shelf and can order in any thing you might need... They can make up brake pipes while you wait, to any size you need etc. And to top it off open late. If your still capable of fixing your car they can help....”

“Had a service from these guys back in January and they said that we should get the oil filter changed, so we booked that in for today. I called this morning to clarify a time & spoke to Ali. He suggested bringing the car in for 12. So we did. Arrived there & they came and got the car from us instantly. Replaced the oil filter and replaced the oil. This was done so quickly, I felt like we were there for maximum 30 minutes. Whilst we were waiting, Ali & his colleague (his name i didn't get. Sorry!) Were in the office. We were able to ask them about help for another job we needed done and they were more than accommodative to help. I think we have now found our garage of choice. Honestly i will be using them again. Such helpful guys, really nice aswell. Keep up the good work!”

“I hardly ever bother writing reviews but today I feel I really have too so here I go Four weeks ago I walked into Bentley Surrey to look at a car that I had seen on the forecourt unfortunately I was told it had just been sold the sales guy Ian he asked me exactly what car colour and spec I was interested in and went through their inventory to try and help then took all my details and said they would get back to me Over the next few days Ian emailed me and tried to source a car that meet my requirements, I went back to the showroom where all the staff made me feel really welcome and totally at ease no pressure sales no high and mighty airs just a great experience I was introduced to Paul kempster who showed me the the new GT and explained its merits and new technology and all the options this model had to offer the time information Paul and his team gave to me really made me feel at home Three days later Paul Kempster called and offered me a test drive on the new Gt he arranged it all and dropped the car to my office himself he went through all the details and gave a great hand over, the car was amazing to drive and with Paul and the teams help and advise I negotiated a deal with the part exchanged my existing Range Rover So thanks Paul Kempster, Ian Mclure and all at Bentley Surrey 5 stars very well deserved All the very Best Matt Hardy”

What a gem this place is. Local, so saves me £30 in Uber fees back and forth to a dealership that never picks up the phone or calls you back for any service booking requests - and fantastic service from Barry and Dean.
