"EDITED AS GOOGLE LIMIT ONE POST PER BUSINESS Exceptional customer service once again from GNR Motors. At the beginning of the week my car wouldn't start so I called the AA. Whilst waiting for the AA to arrive I called GNR Motors to give them heads up that I may be towed to them within the hour. Explaining to Deepa what problems I was having, he advised that it was probably a dead battery and as my battery was quite new not to buy a new one if that is what AA say but instead to come along to the garage to get the battery check. When the AA arrived, it was a dead battery and they jump started my car and told me that my battery is fine, it just died due to "lack of use" and advised to drive around for 30mins. Before I could even blink the AA man was already on his way when I noticed warning messages on my dashboard indicating "operational malfunction". Rather than calling AA back and having to wait another 2 hours I took my car into GNR motors where Deepa checked my battery and corrected the "operational malfunction" warning within 30mins... to top it all off he even refilled my coolant level as it was a little low.... if that's not great customer service then I am not sure what is! Cannot recommend this garage enough. Honest, trustworthy and always trying to save you money. I have used this garage for MOT, full servicing, air conditioning and general repairs and have received professional and exceptional customer service on all occasions. After having many bad & sometimes costly experiences over the years with other garages (mainly because I'm a woman so it was assumed I do not know much about cars) I was looking for an honest, trustworthy and professional mechanic and GNR Motors have delivered on every occasion! The staff are polite, welcoming and friendly and the appointments are prompt and very convenient (early evenings and half day Saturdays) Naz and Deepa go above and beyond to not just fix the repair but to give advise, share tips and build your mechanical knowledge. I cannot see myself using another garage - highly recommend!"
