“My new Skoda Octavia had some bad scuffs and scratches on the lower rear passenger side bumper. Ben turned up the day after I called him and did a brilliant job sorting them out to the point where the repair is completely invisible. I also noticed a very small light scratch on the other side of the car rear, which I asked his advice on. I told him I didn't think it was noticeable enough to require repainting and he agreed but said he'd see if it polished out. After completing the main repair he had a go with the polisher and much to our surprise it immediately went through the paint to expose an area around 3-4 inches round. Ben thought this might have happened due to the heat (it was 31 degrees and sunny) and went on to remix the paint and fully repair this new area. I offered to pay extra but he insisted that as I hadn't planned to paint the area at all it was down to him and stuck to the original quote (although I did buy him a couple of pints). Very nice guy, super experienced and totally honest - I'd recommend him without reservation.”

“Just collected my RX8 from Ken. I park my car on the road and came out one morning to find some kind soul had left a nasty grove down the front driver side wing, right above the wheel arch. This wasn't a dent, but a proper deep grove which had removed the paint as well. Went to a local garage which quoted me at least £600 to have this repaired, if it was possible, otherwise it would be a new wing. Found Ken's details and read these reviews. Wasn't sure as Ken doesn't have a fancy garage or premises. But went ahead with Ken anyway when he said he would be able to repair the damage. He completed the work in 2 days. When I collected the car couldn't believe the job he'd done. Grove was completely gone, respray was flawless, and he'd even had the car washed. All this for £200. Will definitely be keeping Ken's number handy for future. First class job and a totally reliable man. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“I dealt with M&S due to my car being keyed, the colour of my car was the pearlescent colour which is even harder to blend! however my car was collected by a very friendly member of staff and was also delivered back to me.
