"I have had a lot of issues with my booking. Originally I waited 6 weeks for an appoinment to get a dent fixed. I chased twice for confirmation and it was clear that it had been forgotten, when I chased confirmation my booking was delayed 11 extra days. With 7 days before my booking I asked if I could get a extra dent fixed on the vehicle. I was then told no as they have other jobs on (Without finding out any info on the dent) not alternatives offered not even any courtesy calls. I have found the whole thing unprofessional and really sloppy I will not be going there and will not advise anyone else to"
