"Absolutely first class experience. I was directed to this firm by my insurer, and I was hesitant about not going for a repair via my local franchised dealer (but I'd already called them just to check the lead time - and they couldn't take my car in for one month. Or 2.5 months if I wanted a loan car!) But I needn't have had any doubts about M&S Accident Repairs. The insurer promised me they'd call me within two hours of me registering the claim, and even though it was the end of the day, I got a call almost straight away. The car was booked in - with a courtesy car - within a week, and the work completed to an exceptionally high standard using genuine OEM parts. At every stage David Donnelly, Estimator, kept me updated on progress. When there was a delay (due to a certain Land Rover part being on back order), he notified me immediately. The loan car they delivered was almost brand new, and spotlessly clean. The driver who dropped it off and collected it was utterly charming. And my car was delivered back to me looking pristine and fully valeted externally. Genuinely, I don't write 5-star Google reviews unless they are fully deserved. And this 100% is. Thank you David and the team."

"I dealt with M&S due to my car being keyed, the colour of my car was the pearlescent colour which is even harder to blend! however my car was collected by a very friendly member of staff and was also delivered back to me. And I could not fault them at all, the car came back the cleanest I have seen it and you would never know it had been in anywhere to have the key marks sorted. Would highly recommend!"
