There was actually nothing wrong with my car in the end but polite service and didnt charge me for a non need part which any dodgy garage probably would have. I will return for any actual issues I do get with my car!”

“We had a great time with our 2 year old. Soft play inside great with varied areas suitable for littler ones and older (our little one liked to play in both). Great outdoor play including bouncy pillows, toddler climbing frame, older climbing frame (again loved both) and a sandpit. Then an animal barn to go and look at lots of different ones, the donkeys, pgymy goats and harvest mice were big hits, with option of petting zone at particular times. Great choice of hot/cold food and drink for kids and parents alike. Thoroughly recommend! They're hoping to add even larger seating area inside with softplay and a roleplaying village (we've been to roleplay centres before and toddler loved it) making it even more likely we'll come back on top of existing facilities.”

“I found Surrey Autos in April 2017 after moving to the area and needing MOT and Servicing for my Ford Focus and Mondeo. First impressions were not so good but the courtesy and overall service turned out to be magnificent and reasonably priced. Subsequently my Focus broke down with an Alternator failure and the RAC got me to Surrey Autos late in the day but this was not a problem and the replacement unit was promised for the next day - and delivered. Now in December the Alternator failed on my Mondeo and I called late afternoon and was told - "no problem" bring it in (it was still drive-able locally on battery power) and we'll carry out the replacement work the next day (the day before the pre-Christmas weekend) - all done - what could be better than that. ! I'm pleased I found such a welcoming and quick turnaround garage and would recommend their services to everyone.”

“I had dropped my purse this morning at the west byfleet petrol station, I accidentally dropped it and didn't realise it... then it was stolen off the fore court. The store manager ( sorry I really don't know his name!) this evening (5.30) did everything he could possible to help me and calm me down! He stood with me telling me what to do and waited whilst I called the police, rang the morning manager to ask and cheek, he looked at the cctv and saw everything and told me what to do and calmed me down. I have not got my purse back yet but I feel slightly better now after having him help me through this awful disgusting time. Thank you!
